Esqueleto Explosivo plays out on a 5×3 reel set with 99 paylines available as any group of 3 to 5 symbols diagonally or vertically adjacent are a winning combination.
Symbols
Low Value and Premium – There are six basic symbols in the game, each represented by a skull with different colored markings on it. The highest value is the skull with the yellow wig, earrings and sparkling eyes, worth 5x for five on a payline.
Explosivo Wilds – These land at random, substituting for all other symbols except the scatters and premiums and exploding between 3 and 8 other adjacent symbols.  In the Free Spins round, collecting Explosivo Wilds also gets you extra free spins. Every third wild gets you one more spin AND removes the lowest value from the Mucho Multiplier.

Key Game Features
Cascading Wins – Just like the original, Esqueleto Explosivo 2 uses a Cascading Wins mechanic, or Dropping Symbols, to drive multiple win sequences from a single spin. After any winning spin, winning symbols explode and new ones drop in to replace them. This keeps happening until no more win lines are created.
Mucho Multiplier– The excellently named multiplier feature in this game is driven by win cascades. After every cascade the multiplier is doubled, from 1x to 2x, to 4x … right up to 32x in the base game.
Free Spins – Scatters are required to unlock the free spins round with up to 14 available for 5 scatters on a single spin. Here every third wild adds an extra spin and removes the lowest value multiplier. Up to 64x multipliers come into play too, creating the opportunity for massive wins.
THE SLOT BUZZ VERDICT
Esqueleto Explosivo 2 is a superb slot. The original was a real charmer but lacked the risk and potential that we love. That has now been fixed and the presence of a free spins round with a potential 64x multiplier means the game will compete well with some of the best new high variance games on the market whilst retaining its uniqueness. A great conclusion to 2019 for a top studio.
